Respite is defined as
a pause or rest from something difficult or unpleasant
‘We worked for hours without respite".
Whilst most families gladly look after their loved ones, the burden can often be very great with huge impacts on family relationships and health.
With respite, families can take a break and re charge and continue to provide care and support to their loved ones.
